Corn Rice by Juhi Saxena

This photograph is of ‘Corn Pulao’ (a rice dish) prepared by me at home. When I was not in a mood to cook an elaborate meal, I prepared this super simple one pot one shot dish. Seasoning with cottage cheese and cherry tomatoes made it more delectable. The two spoons with spices on them show the importance of spices in making a recipe delicious.
