Octopus Salad with Orange, Chickpeas, and Fennel by Barbara Martello
This salad is made with a boiled octopus, boiled chickpeas, thin slices of fennel, and orange juice as well as some pulp. for styling, I used a blue fish-shaped plate and in this photo, which is a close up, you can see the mouth-side of it, put on a white cotton tablecloth.
