Cosmo Field, by Harry Ravelo
This picture was taken near the city of Paarl in Cape Town. While having a lovely lunch with friends, I snuck off the table to loose myself in the middle of the Cosmo field in the farm grounds. Cosmos are a unique and ephemeral occurrence which attracts bees and photographers alike in and around the Western Cape. There is something magical about seating down in and amongst wild flowers.

Cosmos, derived from the Greek, mean “a balanced universe”. We need more Cosmos to cover Mother Earth! Meaning, adds to the appreciation. Beautiful!
Thank you for your comments :-)
Beautiful color and captures the ethereal essence of the Cape cosmos.
Great floral composition. Keep up the good work Harry
