This photograph was taken from the middle of the river Buri Ganga. When I saw this boatman, he was preparing for evening prayer, washed his face, hands, and legs for it. I was astonished after seeing him praying on the boat, and once he finished his prayer, he was waiting for customers.

I’d like to comment on the picture only… It is a natural BW photo in my opinion… meaning I think there’s no additional editing on the color levels. The shades of gray looks very natural and that makes me love this picture. The moment is nicely capture – especially when you know that he was about to pray… Well done…
