Pasta Marinara Close Up, by Ola Cedell

A delicious Italian pasta! The tomato sauce in just a genuine, ripe tomatoes, simmer for a long time, almost the whole day. We have chosen a slightly different pasta varieties that really soaks up the rich tomato sauce and highlighting the fine seafood. Pasta topped with prawns, mussels and freshly cut parsley. A beautiful and tasty dish for the discerning Italian Lover! The photo was taken using studio strobes, main light from behind. Using a white plate on a white table, the red napkin to add some color. A close up side view to reveal the details of the mussels and scampi and the texture of the pasta.

Born in southern Sweden in 1969, Ola Cedell moved to Melbourne Australia in 1996, then to Aachen Germany in 2001, and returned back to southern Sweden in 2003. Food has been a big part of Cedell’s life, as he always enjoys tasting and trying new things. Besides his engineering career, he has been enjoying amateur photography since 1996. Nowadays, Landscape and food photography are his main categories, i.e. for the catering company Gazpacho. His inspiration comes form all around the world, but mainly in southern Sweden as well as France Alpes/Provence.
