Making the Shortbread Crust by Jasna Verčko
Homemade shortbread is a very important part of making a perfect cherry pie. I always make my cherry pie by my mum’s recipe and I wanted to show the whole process: the kneading and the ingredients. I styled my shortbread dough with some egg shells, butter, and flour to show a mess and to make the photograph as natural as possible.
