A Plate of Rice by Ryszard Wierzbicki
This photo presents another person satisfied with a simple rice meal. Amazing how little you need to make a smile to the face of a slum resident from Smokey Mountain. A plate of ordinary rice with a little sauce is a sufficient reason to give a guy a sincere smile. This lady has little, but the smile presents charming.

Ryszard Wierzbicki, born in 1963, holds a Master’s in Social Sciences from the University of Gdańsk. After working in child care, dentistry, and IT, he pursued his passion for scuba diving, becoming a PADI instructor. Since moving to the UK in 2006, he’s traveled extensively, particularly in Southeast Asia, where he volunteers with orphan charities. In 2010, he founded two travel and photography forums: Instant Travelling and World Around. Now self-employed as a marketing advisor and tour organizer, Ryszard continues to balance his love for photography, travel, and diving. He is happily divorced with no kids.
