It sounds a little more complicated than it actually is, but the result is not only delicious, it is beautiful too. When you’ve done this task well the croissants have nice structure. That’s when the croissant melts in your mouth and the inspiration to present it to the others comes. This is an amazing experience that every home baker dreams of!

We, Bulgarians, have a saying that goes:" Fish have 7 qualities and with each hour that has passed,they lower by one ". The Black sea mackerel is healthy and delicious at least as much as the salmon,and it's good for us to have it in our meals from time to time.
