Paint with Light, by Minh Nghia Le
Rudesheim is a small city, sitting next to the Rhein river and near to Frankfurt by only less than an hour of train. It’s certainly worthwhile to visit: beautiful vineyards, a peaceful town with many small brick roads, plus the river & the famous Niederwald Monument. My friend and I were on a cable car to the top of the mountain, gliding over the grape vineyard, to enjoy this spectacular view. The cloudy sky helped me “paint” the vineyard with shadows, adding a lot more depth to the scene.

Minh Nghia Le and his wife Mai Phuong Duong are two Singapore-based photographers. Photography has nothing to do with their daily job but it has become their passion for years. His main interests currently are street photography and portraiture, which certainly have influences on his other work in travel and wedding photography. His favourite quote is: “Well, I don’t believe in photography as an art or a job or anything. I think of photography as a language and I think a language should be used to speak, to say what you have to say. So, the only things I have to say about my life and what I know about the world, is the way I see it.” – from Antoine d’Agata”
