Jordanian Islamic Calligraphy, by Afnan Naser Chowdhury
This is an antique Islamic Calligraphy that we have seen in one of the Jordanian ceramic workshops. Islamic calligraphy is the artistic practice of handwriting and calligraphy. The development of Islamic calligraphy is strongly tied to the Quran. Writing from the verses of Quran is a common and almost universal which Islamic calligraphy is based.
