Lily in Purple, by Siew Bee Lim

At Bayfront, there is a man-made pond with lots of water lilies. Everyday there are lily flowers at the scene. One early morning, I went there to photograph them. This lily could be placed nicely in my frame, and the surrounding was tidy. It is joyful to take such colorful photos.

A very nice close-up photograph. The calyx was set in high contrast. The petals round off by a good exposure, the visual focus of photography. The bokeh forms a nice contrast in color and retains in a discreet background.
