A Nice Summer Appetizer, by Rasha Rashad

I am actually practicing some simple recipes that are dependent on basic cooking techniques. This one was about blanching tomatoes, peeling them gives a sense of quality and boost the taste, which is ideal for salads, sauces and bruschettas with balsamic vinegar, some basil and simple herbs. This was an ideal mid August heat snack, a nice summer appetizer. My challenge is the lack of natural light at home as it was a personal project.
