I was on a trip to watch Egypt playing the world cup in Russia. I had to try all local specialities, this one is a soup that’s not for all tastes, healthy if you eat it without sour cream, composed of salad vegetables and meat, it’s cold and made with a bit of cider which adds a bittersweet taste to it.
