Strawberry and Chocolate Pan-crepe, by Rasha Rashad

A home made crepe layered with chocolate and strawberries that was made specially for a stacking assignment. I chose those ingredients to give color and contrast to the photograph as well as height. I’ve also thrown some chocolate flakes to give it a messy look. I’ve also distributed some whole strawberries across the plate to give it more appeal and it worked for everyone.
