A Make Up for Kaali by Bilal Mahaboob Ali
A small village girl is getting ready for the ritual in honour of the deity to Angalamma in Kaveripattanam, district of Krishnagiri. When I took the photo, they were making her face ready for the ritual. The colors of makeup are light, her innocence is important for role, which she plays in the performance.
