Tawa Tawas by Rodrigo Aliaga

Tawa Tawas are the name of these fried flour dough with syrup made of sugar. It is a bolivian tradition to have tea with homemade tawa tawas. It´s texture is crunchy and melts in the mouth. Ideal to be photographed with a diffused flash light. I think everyone can see that.
