Colors of Spring by Felicia Haggkvist

This photograph was taken on the 21st of March 2019, where I used three white baking sheets and placed the cake right next to a window to capture the natural daylight. The story behind this image is that I wanted to brighten up a rainy spring day with some color. Therefore I wanted to bake and photograph a blood orange cheesecake.
