Eggs for Breakfast by Sanaz Nemati

These are Quail’s eggs, very high with protein. They are made for breakfast then served with grapefruit, which has a large amount of vitamin C. One of my friends is raising a Quail, and I’m getting eggs from her. It’s really good breakfast as Quail eggs have 5 times more phosphorus, 7 times more iron, 6 times more vitamin B12, and 15 times more vitamin B2 than eggs; although the size of an egg is about 5 times greater than these eggs.
