Nature Always Wears the Color of the Spirit by Kirsten Bruening
Do you remember the famous saying by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe – “Colors are the deeds and sufferings of light.” Even Goethe knew that colors are influenced by light and can be represented differently. I took this photo on a sunny April afternoon in our garden at home in Cologne. I explained the different exposure possibilities to my son and that is how this photo was taken, and also showed him how nature always wears the color of the spirit. The most beautiful gift we can give ourselves is to spend time with the people who are most important to us.
