Taking a Dip by Keshia Sophia
Viennese biscuits are my partners absolute favourite biscuits, especially when dipped in chocolate. I wanted to experiment with shallow depth of field for an action shot. I love the idea of showing behind the scenes preparation alongside the final product, it adds more depth to the photograph. The story behind the food is just as important to me as the final dish. I used a shallow depth of field to give a taste of the process, while the composition allowed me to foreground the final product in all its delicious glory.
