Feeling Peckish in Ireland by Catherine Ferraz
Sunny weather in Ireland is sometimes the result of a morning spent in town browsing the shops looking for a spark of inspiration for setting the afternoon mood. The wine shop had many mouth-watering temptations of tapas as they normally do, which always had you deciding for a bit longer than ever necessary. I decided on the stuffed peppers, spicy Mediterranean olives, and hummus, I also grabbed a few plain and garlic naan to go with my selection. It’s the perfect pairing for a few G&Ts in the garden for summer.
