In the Hustle of Indonesian Streets by Fawwaz Labib
In the hustle of Indonesian streets, where crowds mingle with parents exchanging greetings, the pandemic of 2019 introduced an unfamiliar accessory – masks. The question echoed in the air: Is this pandemic truly real? A parent, observing the masked figure in front, voiced the collective uncertainty that hung in the atmosphere.
Softness by Natalia Slovinska
Sometimes, less is more. I only enjoy the moment when I see it and perceive it and later pass it on to others. You can learn to take pictures well, but you can't learn to feel them.
Air Show by Leanne Lindsay
The roar of the engines filled the air as I watched the Red Devils take to the sky at the V8 Supercars event at Eastern Creek! These pilots are incredible – the precision and coordination of their flight is truly awe-inspiring. I took this photograph as the team performed a tight formation. The red planes with their crisp white markings looked amazing against the clear blue sky. The trails of white smoke added a dynamic element to the shot, like brushstrokes painting a picture across the canvas of the sky. I wanted to capture the feeling of excitement and energy that filled the air during the airshow. It was a real treat to witness these skilled pilots perform their daring maneuvers, and I'm so glad I managed to capture a piece of the action!
