Morning Rhythms by Karthick Saravanan
This photograph, "Morning Rhythms," was taken during the early morning hours on the picturesque seascape of Thiruvanmiyur Beach, Chennai, India. I took the photo when a group of children was playfully interacting with a traditional wooden raft, "kattumaram," attempting to make it float in the calm sea. This photo reflects the charm and allure of the coastal region.
Graffiti at the Old Train Station by Mirka Krivankova
I enjoy capturing photographs of old forgotten places in my hometown of Mestec Kralove. This photo was taken at the old train station, where the walls have been adorned with graffiti. Sometimes, I ponder the meaning behind these symbols, but regardless, the integration of modern graffiti into the old buildings revitalizes these forgotten places, bestowing them with enchantment. These old places are thus connected through modern techniques. Urban, or urbex photography, is highly popular today, and these locations possess a unique atmosphere.
