Raspberry Truffles by Jasna Verčko
Raspberry Truffles were our Valentine’s Day dessert. I didn’t have much time to bake so I just mixed raspberry puree, mascarpone, and powdered sugar to make truffles and rolled them in cocoa powder. I took a photo to add it on my blog Bake Something Different together with the recipe.
