Imagine flying over the carribean sea in a small 15 persons plane. Once you touched down and got out of the airplane the exploring can begin. You look up to the pelicans flying above you. You drive to all the nice beaches and you are enjoying the sun. The last beach on your list requires some hiking. You start your descend in the heat of the sun when suddenly you see something moving.

It was a regular Saturday afternoon and the light in my bedroom was perfect for a photoshoot. So I decided to explore this type of photography, the self-portrait. I set my tripod and started to shoot, using my phone as a remote control. The vignette effect was done using a ring.

Family of swans mirroring in the river. The ducklings are all grey, small and cute. The Mincio River in Northern Italy is a rich source of biodiversity with lots of swans and ducklings during the spring season. This pictures perfectly how sometimes family means the same to animals as it does to us humans
