Homemakers established a cooperative in the Hacibektas district of Nevşehir. They sold their own products. They prepared for the winter with their own skillful hands. They made dough for winter soup. They put red pepper, onion, yogurt, salt, and flour in the dough. They kneaded this dough. They waited for it to ferment. Then they cut it into small pieces. They were dried in a cool place. They kept checking. This woman turned the dry dough into powdered soup with her hands.

We were staying in that village for 6 days for the NSS camp. What are the routines of the people there, and how many people live in the village? How many houses are there? What are the problems of the people? Getting all this information was our first task. During that time I met this uncle. On whose right stood his 5-year-old grandson and granddaughter. The picture that emerged at that time was sitting in front of my eyes, wrinkles of fifty years on one side of it and five years of dreams standing on the other side.
