Barbara Bowen is an award winning wildlife and nature photographer and certified Florida Master Naturalist that has keen respect for nature and the outdoors. Barbara enjoys being outdoors and her appreciation for nature radiates itself through photography. Barbara enjoys hiking, kayaking, and leads birding hikes for Hernando Audubon and photography hikes for the Florida Trail and the Nature Coast Birding and Wildlife Festival. She also serves as a Board Member for Hernando Audubon as Director of Public Relations. Her tasks include creating and editing the monthly newsletter, webmaster, and maintaining social media, She also spends time volunteering for Florida Forest Service and Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission.
