The photo was taken during a late-night wedding celebration, where the elderly man's face with prominent wrinkles caught my attention. He is a Bedouin man who sang an authentic Bedouin song that I couldn't comprehend its meaning, yet it drew me to him. I captured the image to highlight the essence of life embodied in his tired face, dry skin, and traditional Bedouin attire.

During a photoshoot for a restaurant, I noticed that the executive chef had a very expressive and focused face while making the final touches to the dishes before they were used for the photos. At that point, with a dramatic dish emitting a lot of smoke when water touched the dry ice, I set up an interesting overhead lighting and asked him to touch up the dish while I took photos. This shot resulted from that.
