Batagor & Siomay

Batagor is a Sundanese dish from Indonesia, consisting of fried fish dumplings, and Siomay is the steamed fish dumpling with vegetables such as cabbage, potatoes, bitter gourd, boiled egg, and tofu. Mixed them together and served in peanut sauce is what known as Batagor and Siomay.

Batagor is consisting of fried fish dumplings, made from minced tenggiri fish meat, seafood such as tuna, mackerel, and prawn. Siomay or Somay is the Indonesian steamed fish dumpling with vegetables served in peanut sauce.
