A Moment to Breathe
Once a friend told me,”If you can dream it, you can do it.” We all dream for something, always. Once one is fulfilled, we get another one instantly. Life is full of endless dreams and there are always some dreams to live up to. We walk on fire, jump through hoops, work very hard to reach our dreams, hold it in our palms, and savor the moment. Because at the very next moment the race will start again, and so is the whole ordeal. Then there are times when we take a little break, to refresh, re-energize, and restart, our little windows for a breath. And when those windows come with views like this, it’s an added bonus.
This photograph by John Peltier reminds us of what is out there when we want to take a break. Backpacking through the Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness in Idaho, USA can be exhausting, but it is surly a reward for a view like this from the camp beneath the pines.
