In Your Inner Self

Everyone has a house of their own. No. I am not talking about the physical house with bedrooms and living room, where you stay in. I am talking about the house you posses in your inner self. Surely we all have one. Don’t you? We have always inhabited it, our own little realm. It doesn’t need to be big. It doesn’t even need to be beautiful. It just needs to be us. We build ourselves a life around our own house. As in every house, there is a door and a window, and through every door, there is an opening. Every window is an opportunity to expand and illuminate. We don’t just give anyone entry to our house. Sometimes we keep our windows closed for a long time and deprive ourselves of the enlightenment that come with letting others into our little haven. Don’t we? Sometimes we need to open up our doors, and share our house with someone, to make a life.
