Waiting, yearning for your loved ones is the hardest of all. It seems like time freezes on those moments. The anticipation sometimes turns into frustration. Maybe for the grownups it became bearable. But still, don’t we feel the anguish?

Longing of children for their parents is the most intimate expression that one can feel. Have you felt the burning desire in their eyes? This is what I felt when I came through this picture taken by Photographer Biplab Arahan Majumder (Alipurduar, West Bengal, India). The little boy was lying on the wooden bench and visibly was very sad. Told by his grandmother that he was waiting for his working mother and he had been waiting like this every day. Just look at his eyes in the picture and you will feel the craving for his mother. May be this one click by the photographer gave him some excitement, but can it make his desire less vulnerable?
