The City I Belong to…

In my city of dreams, I still live in a concrete jungle. In these dreams, I still feel my heart beat for the city where was I born…the city where I live my fullest of dreams. I begin to leave these dreams…my heart feels claustrophobic. I search for my way, a way that lets me leave my dreams behind me. I live in another dream and feel my breath in another city, a much larger place to breathe where the city limit betrays my eyes. I look behind to feel my heartbeat and suddenly, I realize my heart is in the city where I was born. The city I belong to…an enormous, gigantic, city where I try to create my dream but I am still an outsider, adrift.
