Dune 45 by Kristel Sturrus
As I traveled through Namibia, the green landscapes turned slowely into a dessert. The great Namibian desser, the dessert with the famous sossusvlei and Dune 45. Do you hear the sound of your old Windows computer opening? Since that famous picture was taken, Dune 45 moved along with the dessert winds, gaining and loosing its sand.

In September 2022 I made a trip from Capetown (South Africa) to the Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. With a Lando, 30 strangers passed 3 borders and became a group of travelers, all with a different story. The only common story we had, was the one we were wrighting. When we entered Namibia, the dessert began to rise. Sossusvlei is the dessert with the famous Dune 45 and Death valley (the famous pictures of windows).
