The photo is a stark reminder of revolutions against injustice, taken in front of the independence monument in the Hague, a statue commemorating the end of the French era in the Netherlands.

This is a photo of one of the many canals across the Netherlands. This is a sight I see regularly on my way to the library and often times have taken it for granted. The photo is a reminder to pause here and to embrace the beauty of things that we may take for granted.

This photo was taken at the house of a potter in Kutch, Gujarat, India. His craftsmanship has led him to teaching students pottery at CEPT University in Ahmedabad, one of India's most prestigious Art university. This photo was taken at his humble home where he showed us the process of making one of these majestic pots and taught us few pottery skills.
