The Tony Knowles Coastal Trail runs about 10 miles from downtown Anchorage to Kincaid park offering wildlife encounters, and activities of running, walking, biking and cross country skiing. On the section, the groomed cross country ski trail winds through the woods. I liked the "S" shaped composition, the contrast of the dark trees versus the white snow, and the sense of exploration or "what lies ahead?"

I took this lovely picture of my friend’s son Noah while we were on our way to the Rocky Mountain National Park. I found his eyes pretty and his face photogenic. The most important point that made this shot good, that it was a candid photo at the eye level.

One day walking through the Riverwalk in Tampa, Florida, where there is a river and people ride bikes and skate; I saw a couple arm thrown and it looked romantic. While walking behind them, since I was like 20 feet away, I zoom in and took a few shots, which I wasn't completely satisfied; I would've liked to have taken it from the front to see their face reactions, but there is always a next time and I will get the result that I want.
