First-Year Enrollment of Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Photojournalism

The first year of our B.F.A. in Photojournalism aims to consolidate acquiring knowledge and getting introduced to photojournalism, its historical context, major practitioners, and the methodologies it has used. Students will study camera, lenses, and their personalities, master different standard and style of photography and learn to see the beauty, unity, and harmony for creating creative composition. For presenting their work with confidence, non-native English speakers will learn to express different fabrics of time, how to write clearly and concisely, as well as practice to become fluent in English for presentation. Upon completing the five fundamental English courses they will start learning basics of creative writing together with native English speakers.

Year one has three core prerequisites modules, one core and major module each, five prerequisites language modules for non-native English speakers, one prerequisites language module for native English speakers, and a core language module. The number of total modules for the first year of our B.F.A. in Photojournalism is 11 that contains 33 credits, 3 credits each. Native English speakers can replace the 5 pre-requisites language courses with other available electives for year one. The cost of first-year enrolment is $825 for 11 modules ($75 each), including books, articles, course materials, and exam fees.
